My visit to the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The location nestled in the mountains provided a peaceful retreat away from the busy areas of Gatlinburg, and the accommodations were clean and well-equipped for our family. However, my experience with the breakfast staff left much to be desired, as I encountered rudeness that overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. The amenities, particularly the pools and recreational facilities, were very appealing and suitable for families looking to enjoy a variety of activities.
